Accepted Methods of Payment

Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover)

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.

If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Sales Tax

Shipments going to Colorado and Texas residents are required to include the respective state sales tax which is added at check out.

 

SHIPPING

Standard orders under $500.00 within the 50 US States are charged $15.00 flat rate

Standard orders above $500.00 within the 50 US States are shipped free

Please call for expedited shipping and International shipping rates.

We use USPS, UPS and FedEx for shipping

Nonstandard Large Items

Please call 970-325-0434 for shipping quotes.

 

RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else.

You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.

Special orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

 Exchanges

If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will have to pay return shipping.

Cash Refunds

Cash refunds will only be given with a valid receipt showing the original form of payment for purchase as cash.

Check Refunds

All check purchases will be refunded 14 days after the original check has cleared; check refunds will be done in the form of a mail check from our Corporate Office.

Credit Card Refunds

All credit card purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card that merchandise was purchased on.

In the event there is no receipt showing credit card used or credit card is not available, Rockin P Ranch will issue a store credit in the form of a Gift Card.

 

How to Return an Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

We recommend insuring your return, as well as signature confirmation, since we cannot process your credit or exchange if we do not receive your returned items due to post office error.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
